- Each manuscript considered for
publication as a refereed article is evaluated by
reviewers who may be editorial board members or
external reviewers who have a background in the topic
being discussed.

- Editorial board members are
practitioner-scholars from across the country who
donate their time to read and evaluate manuscripts
considered for publication. Each board member serves a
three-year term, and terms are staggered so that three
new members join the board each year. The current
