The Review's readers include 950 subscribers in Australia, Canada, England, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Over half of these subscribers are libraries or media centers, primarily at community colleges and universities. Community college presidents and other administrators make up a third of the subscription list, along with community college faculty. Other subscribers include faculty members and students at four-year institutions who are involved in higher ed graduate programs and research.
Ninety-seven percent of the Review's subscribers are located in the United States, 2% are located in Canada, and the remaining 1% are located in England, Japan, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.
