

The MentorNet Project at the College of Education, NC State University presents the second series of
Technology Workshops for Cooperating Teachers
Poe Hall, NC State main campus
June 4 - 8, 2001 OR July 9-July 13, 2001
This intensive 5-day professional development institute will provide:
resources for matching technologies with curriculum
resources for Web page construction, PowerPoint, digital cameras and more
technology renewal credits (3.0 possible with fall follow-up)
hands-on instruction with Windows and Mac laptop computers
time to develop teaching ideas with colleagues
The MentorNet Workshop focuses on committing energies to support cooperating teachers and their student teachers in their efforts to infuse technology. You can view the technology competencies we will be addressing at:
Teachers will earn a stipend of $68 per day for participating in the 5-day summer workshop. You will be asked to participate in a fall followup to receive the full 3 technology renewal credits. Preregistration deadline: May 21, 2001
