Lesson
Plan:
- Students
will be given a choice to either interview a graduate from St. Augustines
College or choose a person from the distinguished alumni list.
- Students
will need to gather information about the person that they have selected.
They can interview, video, or use Internet access to gather the information.
- Students
will need to write a research paper on their chosen alumni.
- Students
will then be asked to be creative and present their findings to their
peers. They can do a reenactment, oral presentation, or a visual presentation.
Evaluation
and Assessment:
Here is
a suggested rubric to help guide formal
and informal assessment of student knowledge and abilities.
